Tell us what you're looking for and your budget. We search upcoming Japanese auctions and send you photos, vehicle details, and auction information for cars that match.
2. YOU PICK YOUR CAR
See something you like? Let us know which vehicle you're interested in and set the maximum amount you're willing to bid.
3. WE PLACE YOUR BID
We submit the bid on your behalf. If we win — congratulations, you just bought a car in Japan.
4. YOU PAY FOR THE VEHICLE
Once the auction is won, you'll receive the purchase information and payment instructions for the vehicle and applicable auction costs.
5. WE HANDLE THE REST
Once payment is confirmed, Tuner HQ begins the import process. We coordinate the vehicle's movement from the auction facility, export preparation, documentation, and transportation to the port.
6. YOUR CAR SHIPS TO THE U.S.
We arrange ocean shipping and keep you updated as your vehicle makes its way from Japan to the United States.
7. ARRIVAL & IMPORT PROCESS
Once the vehicle arrives, we help coordinate the required import documentation, customs process, and release so you know what comes next.
